The Laredo trim comes with the standard powertrain, a 3.6-liter V6 engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. When properly equipped, this powertrain provides a maximum towing capacity of up to 6,200 pounds. On the exterior, the Laredo comes with LED headlights, 17-inch wheels, and a keyless entry system. It also features the standard safety package, which includes adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, active lane management, and more! Inside, the Laredo features dual-zone automatic climate control, a six-speaker sound system,  and a Uconnect 5 infotainment system with an 8.4-inch touchscreen. The system also includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity, and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot. 

The Limited trim offers an elevated version of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, by introducing some additional features to the baseline set by the Laredo. It comes with the same standard V6 engine, and standard safety package, but also adds 18-inch wheels and LED foglights. The Limited features a remote start system, a heated steering wheel, and heated front seats. The entire interior is upholstered in Capri leather, and also features memory settings for the driver’s seat. If you opt for a 4-wheel drive model, you’ll also be treated to the Selec-Terrain Traction Management System with five selectable drive modes. 

Up next is the Trailhawk trim, which stands out from the rest of the Grand Cherokee lineup thanks to its bold and sporty appearance. The Trailhawk has a black and red hood decal, and bright red tow hooks that signify its off-road capability. The Trailhawk comes equipped with standard 4-wheel drive utilizing the Quadra-Drive II 4X4 system with an electronic limited-slip differential. It also features a class-exclusive disconnecting front sway bar for enhanced articulation, and underbody skid plates for protection against rocky terrain. It also features all-terrain tires, and hill ascent and descent control. When equipped with the available 5.7-liter V8 engine, the Trailhawk can also tow up to 7,200 pounds! Other features include ventilated front seats, a nine-speaker Alpine audio system, and integrated TomTom navigation.

The Overland trim is a blend of both style and strength, which is achieved by preserving some of the Trailhawk’s off-road features, while adding in its own luxurious touches. The Overland comes with hill-descent control and a limited-slip differential, and also features the Quadra-Lift Air Suspension System for a maximum ground clearance of 10.7 inches. This allows the Overland to ford up to 24 inches of water! It also features 20-inch wheels, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, and a hands-free power liftgate. Other features for the Overland include a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen, auto-dimming mirrors, and upgraded Nappa leather upholstery. 

Last but certainly not least, the Summit trim rounds out the lineup for the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. This model features tons of luxurious features, starting with its elegant Gloss Black painted roof. It also comes with power-adjustable massage front seats, and memory settings for both the driver and front passenger. The Summit comes with a wood-trimmed steering wheel, a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen, and four-zone automatic climate control so that everyone on board can stay at a comfortable temperature. It also offers a surround-view camera so that you can view your surroundings from all sides, and an available front-passenger screen where the passenger can independently control their own music and apps!
