FCW+ can bring the vehicle to a full stop, if necessary. Available Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go (ACC+) detects vehicles ahead. If increased braking is needed in slower traffic, ACC+ will automatically apply the brakes to a set distance.

Can you tell me about the Ram 1500’s trim lineup and features?
Drivers have seven 1500 trim levels to pick from in the 2021 model year. Starting the lineup off is the Tradesman which comes with trailer sway damping, a 5” touchscreen, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, a 6-speaker audio system 18” wheels, and air-conditioning. The higher level trims add to that with an 8.4” or 12” touchscreen, exclusive styling elements inside and out, a power rear window, heated and ventilated front seats, side steps, a spray-in bed liner, a four-corner air suspension, and so much more. The TRX trim, new for the 2021 model year, is ready for the most serious off-roading with features like a Dana 60 solid rear axle, a 2” suspension left, Bilstein adaptive dampers, Launch Control, all-terrain 35” tires, and more!
Could you talk about the engine power?
When it comes to power underneath the hood of the Ram 1500, there are four options for the 2021 model year. Standard power comes in the form of a 3.6L V6 outfitted with eTorque mild-hybrid power, creating 305 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque. Opting for the available 5.7L V8 allows the truck to pump out 395 hp and 410 lb-ft of torque. This can be had with or without the eTorque power. Drivers can also power the 1500 with the available 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 that generates 260 hp and 480 lb-ft of torque. The last engine offered only powers the TRX trim. This supercharged 6.2L V8 kicks out 702 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. Each engine is paired with an 8-speed auto transmission and RWD while 4WD is offered.
What about the safety features of the Ram 1500?
With the ability to take on different terrains and weather conditions, the Ram 1500 needs to be ready for anything, which is why it can be outfitted with over 100 safety and security features and equipment. One of the standard out safety features for the 2021 model year is the newly available head-up display that allows the driver to keep their eyes on the road while still seeing valuable information like the speed and navigation instructions. Drivers can also utilize the available safety features like Lane Keeping Assist, a 360-degree Surround View Camera system, and Adaptive Cruise Control.
