With seven trim levels, the Grand Cherokee has a lot to offer and each trim level is packed! Standard features include automatic dual-zone climate control, Apple and Android smartphone integration, keyless entry and ignition, a 6-speaker sound system, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, and a 7-inch touchscreen interface. The upper trims add leather upholstery, a larger touchscreen, heated front seats, a sunroof, xenon headlights, chrome exterior trim, and a premium 19-speaker sound system. The Grand Cherokee’s Trailhawk, SRT and Trackhawk trims come with more specialized features for off-roading on the trails and the track. 

The Grand Cherokee’s engine lineup is sure to impress. The standard engine is a 3.6L Pentastar that pumps out 260 lb-ft of torque and 295 horsepower. The second engine, offered for the upper trims like the Overland and Summit as well as the Trailhawk, is a 5.7L V8 that creates 390 lb-ft of torque and 360 horsepower. Under the hood of the SRT, drivers will find a 470 horsepower 6.4L V8 that produces 475 pound-feet of torque. The final engine is housed within the Trackhawk trim. This 707 horsepower supercharged 6.2L V8 kicks out up to 645 pound-feet of torque. All engines come paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and both RWD and 4WD are offered. 

Safety features are found throughout the entire Grand Cherokee lineup. Some of the most notable safety features offered for the 2021 model year are blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert that helps drivers stay safe when backing up and changing lanes and lane departure warning that alerts the driver to drifting and helps correct the situation with steering adjustments. Other safety features offered throughout the seven trims include parallel parking assist, forward collision mitigation, adaptive cruise control, all-terrain drive modes, and more!
