By Rouen Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Need an SUV that is capable on the trail and comfortable on the highway? Then look no further than the 2020 Jeep Cherokee! While the Cherokee is an epic rock crawler, it also has a ton of high-tech features, a sporty nature, and a few respectable engines. When it comes to towing, the Cherokee boasts some class-leading numbers, which makes all other SUVs jealous. All Jeep Cherokees come with the standard four-cylinder engine, but you can upgrade to either a V6 or a turbocharged four-cylinder for maximum power. Under the vehicle, you will find several four-wheel-drive systems, including a sophisticated one for the Cherokee Trailhawk. Five trim levels are available for the Cherokee, and each one comes with a fantastic set of features. Continue reading to find more about each one.

Latitude

Standard for the Latitude, as well as all other Cherokee trims, is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 180 horsepower and 171 lb-ft of torque. Optional is a 3.2-liter V6 with 271 horsepower or a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder the pumps out 270 horsepower. All engines pair with a nine-speed automatic transmission. You also get the option of either front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive. As for features, the Latitude comes with 17-inch wheels, automatic LED headlights,  Bluetooth, a rearview camera, two USB ports, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Latitude Plus

Next up is the Latitude Plus, which builds on the Latitudes features with simulated-leather inserts in the upholstery, a power-adjustable driver's seat, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob. Also coming standard is satellite radio, a blind-spot warning system with rear cross-traffic alert, rear parking sensors, and passive keyless entry with push-button starting. You also get a ton of options, including an auxiliary household power outlet, dual-zone climate control, a power liftgate, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a remote start.

Limited

The Limited gets most of the Latitude Plus's options while adding leather upholstery, an upgraded driver display in the gauge cluster, heated front seats and a heated steering wheel. Updated tech features for the Limited include an 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a nine-speaker audio system.

Overland

Topping the range is the Overland, and it comes with a unique body-colored exterior trim, sound-deadening windshield and front windows, driver-seat memory functions, and wood inserts. Also coming standard is upgraded leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and a navigation system.

Trailhawk

For more off-road features, the Trailhawk has you covered with an advanced all-wheel-drive system, wider wheels and all-terrain tires, increased ground clearance, and off-road-oriented suspension tuning. Also standard is a locking rear differential, hill ascent and descent control, skid plates, tow hooks, and unique upholstery.
